This is short and not-so-sweet! I don't like to leave negative reviews for doctors, but take my word for - do NOT waste your time on Dr. Ramagosa, or any of his NP's! You'll end up looking for another dermatologist after spending money and time on this doctor. Take this advice, or leave it! I've done my part!

I am shocked how horribly this practice treated my wife after they damaged her skin with 1 microneeding treatment. After going to another clinic and confirming it was a result of bad practice, she canceled the rest of her appointments (she bought a pack of 5 for $1399). They had the nerve to charge us a $250 “admin fee” on top of $280 for the session that damaged her skin. We will now have to spend thousands on lasers hoping to repair their damage. Not only that, they actually FALSIFIED her medical records when she requested them, claiming she had acne to make it seem the damage they caused was pre-existing acne scarring. People!! Dont believe all u read! Ive been a California and Florida and Oklahoma licensed skin Esthetician since 1987, over 36 years. Fortunate and blessed to have developed formulas with and be personal assistant to the developer of Retin-A, bio-chemist and dermatologist, while 14 years in Central and Southern Calif. I have personally owned Acne Clinics since 1988 there and in Florida panhandle. One thing I am clearly familiar with is PATIENT SERVICE and SKIN CARE. I saw Ramagosa for numerous SKs and some AKs, 2 months ago. The typical treatment is rapid exfoliation by liquid nitrogen spray tx.
