Chris was great but he needs to keep in touch about what time he will be at your house. Sometimes it was hard to get in touch with him. He did know what he was doing and solved my problem!

Chris diagnosed the problem with our washing machine over the phone. He was prompt on arriving to install the new parts. Chris was careful not to damage the floor and cabinets when moving the washer. He cleaned up the work area before he left our home. We will definitely be calling Chris the next time we need help!
