My clients recently used Lake Martin Inspections before purchasing their dream lake home. Kenneth was very prompt in his communications, and the inspection was scheduled within a couple of days. The inspection report was extremely detailed yet still very easy to understand.

So, very helpful! I was surprised when Mr. Kenneth said he likes it when the customer can join him on inspection day - I hear most inspectors like to be left alone and don't really want to talk while working. - which is fine, but I found it to be so much more helpful that he was able to educate me on all his findings DURING the process. AND he and his coworkers were helpful to me even today on closing day when I arrived back at the house and couldn't figure it out why the dishwasher wasn't working in the house. They were able to tell me there was a light switch it was hooked up to for some reason 😅 I am so grateful for Kenneth and company! They are truly so helpful and pleasant
