So my family has been in our house now for over three years. I waited on a review to see how it would be down the road. Now, there were some issues that needed to be worked out, but that is always the case. Every friend I have that has built a house had issues bigger than ours. I would recommend Sunshine homes. We had a roofing issue that Star's guys couldn't get fixed, but they sent the construction crew from the factory. My roof has been great since. I still love my home. Just plan that the carpet isn't the greatest quality and be prepared to paint over the flat paint if you have kids and/or pets. The truth in lending was great. What can’t I say about StarHomes and Adam Collier. That man is god sent. Before we came to him we went through a horrible experience with Regional Homes and when we come to Adam everything was so much better. As everybody knows it rained everyday for like 2 months. During this time he worked with us. Called us. Kept us informed on every step. For anybody looking for a mobile home don’t shop around. Go to StarHomes. The experience will be so much easier on you and your family. Thank you Adam Collier!!!!
