Jeremy was very professional as well as quick and efficient. I have two very loud pups at home and he wasn’t phased by them in the least. 10/10 for service and quality. We are extremely grateful to Northwest for helping us protect our home.

We love this company! They found out my husband was going through cancer treatments and the next thing I know we get a get well card from all the people in the office. I thought that was so thoughtful. Austin was our service tech for years and was great but then he left and we thought, uh oh, hope the next one is as good. We have our quarterly bug treatment but also monthly mosquito treatment which really helps around our pool. Well, Bobby and another tech came to do it for the first time and did a fantastic job - we were so pleased. Not only that, but before they left, they came back in with a gift basket for my husband. We've had Northwest Exterminating for years now. Our technician is Rob and he is very professional, friendly, and diligent. We rarely see any bugs in the house and if we do, we call and Rob will immediately come out and take care of it. Just recently we have changed our service to their elite coverage which includes termites, carpenter bees, fleas, ticks, ants, and mosquitoes. We highly recommend Northwest Exterminating!!
