This man is honest. He called me back soon. I had an lg stove that he told me he does not work on at all, yet have me his time for nothing. Told me what was wrong with my stove and I fixed it myself! Thank you Johnny!

Johnny came out to look at my fridge the same day I called. He is a really nice guy and unbelievably transparent about everything. It is so refreshing these days. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly explained how the fridge worked, what was wrong and what my options were. No BS at all. It turns out it wasn't really worth fixing unless I bought the parts myself and did it. He even explained how I could do that if I wanted. He truly went above and beyond and I will call him any time I have an appliance issue. Thank you Johnny.

Johnny came out to check an old cooktop and oven in a house I had planned to purchase. He is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I will, certainly, call him when I have an appliance issue. Such a nice guy!
