Retired heavy equipment operator of 34 years. I've called numerous times and nobody answers. Road grader operator pulled ditches and cut Internet/TV cable, barely missed the water line and also cut a ditch in front of my driveway. My wife can't use the drive. Operator was told the time before about utilities not burried deep in the ditch. Further his methodology_ training is inadaquate. Roads are suppose to have a crown so water runs to both sides. Instead it is sloped to one side. What does it take to get competent service?

We called the engineering office and the next day the assistant engineer came and looked at our issue on sandy creek dirt road. Not only did he help us he helped every one on the road by extending a cross drain. Thank you!
