Cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary Martin and our experience with selling our home with her as our agent. The process was seamless every step, despite the inevitable ups and downs that come with the process of home buying / selling. She worked EXTREMELY hard to make sure our home was in mint condition to sell prior to listing, managed our over 30 showing appointments (in one weekend), and communicated clearly every step of the way. We couldn’t have imagined selling our home without MMB! Thank you for EVERYTHING!
I'm not sure where to begin with my praises for MMB as a realtor. We took her through the wringer and considered various locations along Hwy 280/119, in and around Chelsea Park, Highland Lakes, Meadowbrook, and back again...FOR YEARS! We were content to be opportunistic, which is the last thing a realtor wants to hear, but she was gracious and patient. Our "need" and "want" list were CHALLENGING to find. She was relentless in her search to find us the "perfect house" that checked all the boxes. One house would check a couple of boxes, but not all. Another would be a nice try, but not for us. Cannot say enough good things about our first time home buying experience. We bought our house almost 3 years ago now and we are still so thankful for Mary Martin Brown. She looked at what seemed like a million houses with us and never gave up. We had no idea what we were doing as first time home buyers and she walked us through every step. I know we will look to her again when it’s time for our next move!
