The staff here know their stuff and I have to believe the dude from California meant his review for a different store. I've bought all sorts of components from them and I've always been happy with their quality and price. Service? Awesome as well. I took a laptop in that had a dead hard drive and he was able to salvage my files and then put in a new hard drive with Windows 11. Do they have a restocking fee? Yep. But it's clearly outlined and communicated.

I bought a branded power supply worth almost 3,000 pesos, it lasted only less than a year. They said replace, so I bought generic power supply from them because the replacement took months, the generic power supply lasted less than a week. Now the replacement, which is another branded, came and it lasted only for a month. They took my receipt. They said it's not needed anymore because the receipt passed the year warranty. They guarantee that this replacement will last long, but it did not. Now I don't know what to do.
