Took my wife's ring to get looked at and cleaned. Come to find out, Pruett's in Rainsville lied about the ring and made it at his workshop and lied about it. did such a poor job making it that it was about to fall apart. Diamonds weren't seated right or mounted properly. Needed to be welded back to halfway to fix it. So he said it would be 250 to fix it back with real white gold. He spent two days fixing it, and when we went to pick it up, he felt so bad for us offered to let us have it back for free to make up for how we had been wronged by Jewelers in the first place. (Paid him anyway and thanked him) wished I'd paid him to make my wife ring the first time.
Long story make it short. My husband bought my ring from zales. We got it sized there! When I got it back the 2nd time because everytime I went to get it , it wasn’t sized right.. it was horrible!! Has a bulky metal hanging off , plus they didn’t replace it with GOLD. It was soldered. Lost a diamond. Took it to Howard’s. He began to look at my ring and tell me everything that was wrong with it! They didn’t even put prongs to hold the diamonds together. Grant went to calling people he knew and asking a thousand questions about my ring. I can't say enough about this jewelry store - everyone there is professional, friendly and before you leave they are family as well. The workmanship is top notch - the redesign of my rings are just beautiful - I am beyond happy!!! I highly recommend them.
