Rodney really cares for his customers and really knows his stuff. He isn’t looking to price gouge or make you do more work than you need to maintain or repair your pool/equipment. If you need a part, give him a call or head to the store to get your water tested at the same time.

Awesome locally owned business that’s been at the same location for as long as I can remember (30ish years). My parents used this business for 20 years until they moved from the area. Recently the impeller on my Polaris robot booster pump failed and I could not find anyone who had these in stock. I called creative and the lady who answered the phone said she didn’t know much about this but she would have one the guys give me a call when they got in. I almost didn’t expect to hear back because it’s a relatively cheap part but I was wrong. Rodney called me a few hours later and we talked for a few minutes. I am so conflicted writing this review. I have conducted business with this company for 3 decades. They installed my pool in 1993, every cover, every replacement product, every robotic pool maintenance repair, every liner...They have earned a 5 star in that. Having said that, I will never spend a single dollar with this company. I needed Rodney's professional advice. His company is 14 minutes away from my house. I needed 5 minutes of his time, to lay his professional eyes on my problem and advise me on how to fix it, but he informed me that I wasn't worth his time and my money wasn't worth the effort.
