Young Guns Towing picked up my car for non-emergency scheduled tow to nearby car service center. Tow owner operator professional, fast, and loaded / unloaded my car with care. Scheduled tow via car insurance roadside assistance & was given eta & phone # for tow operator on date of tow. Contacted tow operator with details: car in carport, unable to crank, car in park & unable to put it in neutral as he was enroute. He advised me of his ETA & it would be no problem getting my car out of carport & loaded. Tow truck was a rollback. Never had a car towed before. He arrived in the time frame he provided (faster than the expected ETA range roadside assist anticipated). Documented exterior & interior of car with quick photos (smart business owner) before loading car. Very carefully removed trim piece around shifter to facilitate getting car in neutral for tow then reinstalled it without leaving marks & trim piece is perfectly back in place. My car isn’t expensive nor brand new, yet he treated it with same care as you’d want & expect for brand new expensive vehicle. Calm, professional, didn’t talk down to me about vehicle (some guys assume most female drivers are clueless idiots), ZERO creepy vibes (super important when you’re a female dealing with someone you don’t know & in a situation where you’re dependent on help from a stranger). Would highly recommend this owner operated tow & recovery service!
I am from South Carolina. I was taken to every urgent care in Jasper of whom non would see me. Then my relative took me to Carbon hill family. My wait time was only in filling out my paperwork and having to wait for tests to see if I had covid. ( Thankfully not) . They took my insurance without question. Front desk was very friendly, I will say the 2 girls that did the initial overall what is wrong thing could have been a teeny but friendly, it felt very cold . Taken to a room, shortly after Ashlie came in , no covid. Checked my ears , asked some questions. I was so comfortable with her, she cared that I felt total horrid. Very nice lady. 3 shots and 3 prescriptions later it's 4:42 am and I feel well enough to do this review. I come here alot as some of my children and grandchildren are here. I've often wondered what I would do as I do have chronic illnesses . Now I know. I'm so thankful to have been turned away from the other places, it led me to the right place. Now I feel confident that when I come - something happens, I have a place to go. Thank you Ashlie and the staff, I really appreciate the timely and thorough visit you provided me.
