Lovelady Construction installed windows, siding and gutters on our 1977 ranch on a basement. The cinderblock Basement and foundation was also painted. All work was started when promised and completed on time. From the removal of old material through the installation of new, there was no discard left in the yard at any time. The "guys", Mike, Juan and Doug are true professionals! This was evident through out the project. Chip informed us what to expect during the entire evolution. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Lovelady construction! Our house looks great!
Chip came out, surveyed the repair of woodpecker damage on wood fireplace covering in vinyl shakes, provided detailed plan how work would be executed and associated cost with suggestions I appreciated, he was personable and transparent with extensive knowledge in construction. His crew was outstanding, friendly and professional with an excellent quality of workmanship. I highly recommend their services and will be using them in the future.
Lovelady Construction just completed a window replacement project for us, and we could not be more pleased. I found Lovelady through a Google search. I called the number, and Chip Lovelady answered. I told him what I wanted to do, and he arrived the same day to look at my project.
As this was a big project, we got three quotes. After receiving the quotes, Chip had the best price and best service model. Not only was Chip the best price, but he also offered the best window for the price. He involved his window supplier and had them come out twice to measure before the order was placed.
