“Lovelady Construction just completed a window replacement project for us, and we could not be more pleased. I found Lovelady through a Google search. I called the number, and Chip Lovelady answered. I told him what I wanted to do, and he arrived the same day to look at my project.

As this was a big project, we got three quotes. After receiving the quotes, Chip had the best price and best service model. Not only was Chip the best price, but he also offered the best window for the price. He involved his window supplier and had them come out twice to measure before the order was placed. No one else that provided a quote did much more than look at my windows.

Chip stayed in touch with me during the window order process. When the windows were delivered, he set a date and time with me to start the project. The crew arrived early on the promised date. They installed 22 windows in 4 days. The crew was friendly and took time to clean up any mess created by the installation. It is important to note that the installers were not contractors; they are Chip's employees. That made a huge difference for us.
