We lost my father unexpectedly. Charter was so great in walking us through the process. Taking time with my mother, never pushy or trying to up sale any services that they offer. We highly recommend charter.
I lost my 91 year old dad to cancer on 9/27/24. Cody was absolutely the nicest person to work with. He was so kind and personal . Every detail that we mentioned to him that was important to our family , he accommodated. He went above and beyond to help us in every way. When we told him my dad played the fiddle in a bluegrass band, he helped us arrange for some friends he knew to provide bluegrass music during the visitation portion of my dad’s service. At the worst time of our lives, Charter Funeral Home was there with full support of our every need. They made sure that my husband looked as natural as possible, that the service went without a single mishap, and that they were there for the family every step of the way. I simply cannot say enough good things about Charter Funeral Home. I cannot recommend them any higher. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Charter.
