“The staff is friendly and knowledge, however during busy times it can be quite hectic as a customer. Checking in is easy, however when questions are asked and a customer needs clarification, sometimes it feels as if you are rushed away. The big issue I have had with them is answering questions, and walking folks through the spray tan process. I traditionally use the 2 turn, and used the 4 turn on a busy day. When I asked questions on the process, and the technician rushed through explanation. When I asked for clarification she seemed annoyed, so I stopped asking spoke to another technician who was extremely helpful, patient and walked me through the process, to include how to stand in the sprayer to get best results.“
