*PLEASE do not bring a loved one here ESPECIALLY if they are 60yrs+* 3.3 stars is absolutely too high for these careless and possibly soulless people. They dismissed my family member countless times and now they're dying. Dr T and Miranda Smith should be sued and have their licenses revoked. PLEASE don't suffer our loved one's pain and fate.

From the front desk to the nurses in the back everyone is always nice and friendly. Cody is great! My kids and I have been seeing him for years. Now adults, they still see him. The office and rooms are always clean. We won't go anywhere else!
