I had problems with outdoor lighting.. Chad came out to evaluate and went above and beyond to help me with the brilliance app connecting to the outdoor system- so much appreciated! Your customer service is exemplary!! From Tonya, Chad and follow up about ETA, all was the way a good company should be run!! This is the exception, not the rule in our world today! Tanner did a great job repairing my leaking faucet. On time, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Answered all my questions about future plans I have for other upgrades/ maintenance.
