Wittichen Supply Co. is a friendly location, whether a customer is a regular or a stranger to the staff. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, with great selection and prices. They are very accommodating for last-minute pickups, even allowing phone orders. Free drinks are offered for paying customers. The only downsides are a possible invoice error and a markup on a prior quote.
Bruce who helped us at the counter (Downyown location) was both knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with - even after I had to immediately place a second order, sending him right back to the warehouse. Great selection and prices, as well.
Had to do a last minute pickup right before closing and they were very accommodating in allowing me to place order over phone to pickup, would say 5 stars if it weren't for the invoice being made out to me instead of my company and the 30%+ percent markup on quote I had received a couple days prior to coming in..
I Gave this business 5 stars because every time any customer walks through the front door any of employee's working the counter all say good morning. If you go in there regularly they remember your name & always address you by your name. They treat you like family. One of the biggest things they do for me is when I am making a big order & forget to say a part they know I am probably going to need it and they know I have forgot to mention it they always ask me are you going to need a thermostat, a pad, or any tape to go with particular order.
