I neglected yesterday to also post a kudos to Lucas who helped us find previously buried family, and showed us where we will be buried in the future. He was pleasant, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the current cemetery availability.
Montina we had encountered several years back when she helped us with some questions and helped us finish planning our burial in the future. She noticed an issue that needed resolving and suggested we come back soon to work on that. Our lives got busy and we finally got back to her this Past week. Even though it was a busy day, she was very Very positive professional and helpful

Mrs. Alexis made my visit to Valhalla cemetery in Bessemer, Al. as pleasant as possible doing my time of bereavement with my family. Montina Dorsey Collins was super sweet with my sister & I helping us design my mother's footstone. Such an amazing personality! Professional & personable♡ She still had the design I drew out for my Dad along with the poem in his folder & his picture from 2017. It's nice to still have ppl in this world with compassion.
