I got my hair done today by Deadra and she did an amazing job! She used the new Cecred products on my hair and it feels amazing. So bouncy and looks/feels so healthy! I’ve already booked my next appointment! Thank you!!!
The Ulta Beauty store at The Summit in Birmingham, Alabama is truly exceptional!!!The entire team goes above and beyond in a way that is rare to find these days. The kindness, respect, and expertise shown by the staff at this store far surpasses what I experience at most other businesses.
I want to especially recognize Hannah, India, and Emma, who took extra time to help me choose the right products and treated me with a level of care and respect that went far beyond what is expected. Their patience, warmth, and product knowledge made such a difference, and because of their incredible service, I ended up purchasing more than I had planned!

I had to ensure I came back to leave a 10/10 review for Deadra, I booked a hair appointment with her same day and she made me feel welcome and so so much better about myself when I left. Socially I tend to have pretty bad anxiety, I don’t even think she could tell because of how comfortable she made me. Beyond great customer service - she knows her stuff hair wise seriously she truly knows how to handle Natural hair best silk press I could’ve asked for but she also educates you as you go so I’m confident she is great with all textures. I truly enjoyed her so much.
