Staff was very helpful, not pushy at all. Plus, I love the holiday deals! ??All body products were $5! I got large body spray bottles that are normally $18 and $20 for 5 bucks! They've also really expanded the products available for men - lots of new hair and beard care items. We really enjoyed the selection and some nice holiday gifts! ???If helpful, thanks!?
I absolutely love this store online or in store! I am obsessed with sugar snickerdoodle wallflowers and candles and every time I go I get something. *Collector here lol* I tell everyone about B & B Works, I have even bought my clients (I have a cleaning business) wallflowers and candles to introduce them to the best smelling scents and the employees are awesome! I have so much lotion, soap, body spray, wallflowers and candles! But can always use more!
Staff here is so helpful, I got turned away from another location for a return because the lady didn't want to help me and it was close to closing. But Barbara, Tess, and (girl in pink) were SO HELPFUL, and so was the cashier. They definitely retained a customer, I even bought more products!
