My car came in completely scratched up after an ice storm in TN all the damage happened at home from using an ice shovel. I honestly didn’t think it could be fixed.
Mike took a look Thursday evening and had my car back by Friday morning. The transformation was unreal. Paint correction and ceramic coating brought my car completely back to life. Exceptional service highly recommend!

Mike is very personable, and did a fabulous job on my interior and exterior detail. He was able to get all of the stubborn pet hair I wasn’t able to remove, and tailored my detail to exactly what I needed, all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Tier 1 again!

I didn’t know much about ceramic coating, just that I wanted to have it applied to my 2025 4Runner. Mike took the time to explain the process and also the specific products to maintain the look. It looks better now than when I purchased it. Highly recommend Tier 1 to anyone considering ceramic!
