I’m a grandmother! I love working in the yard, going hiking, and playing with my grands! However, my 70 year-old arthritic knees began to seriously limit how physically active I could be. I was tired of it! TBH, I was hesitant to go to any PT because previous experiences provided little to no assessment and/or one-on-one time with a therapist. But, that all changed when I walked into The Total Joint Physical Therapy in Crestwood! Short story: I got connected with The Total Joint Physical Therapy and Anna Grace…who subsequently literally walked me through prehab and rehab for 2 Total Knee Replacements(TKR) in 2025!
I’ve returned to the gym 2 days a week, and am walking 20-30 minutes a day with NO knee pain! It’s been only 4 months since the 2nd TKR!

Jimmy Dunn and his wife Kimberly have created an environment for physical therapy that deserves a 5 star rating. Following spinal surgery for a complication of scoliosis and a later shoulder injury, The Total Joint became almost like a second home to me. Jimmy has the personality to encourage and inspire and his carefully selected staff are gifted with those qualities also. Care is strictly one on one, so you have the undivided attention of a therapist who is observing your every movement and providing helpful information.
The staff is delightful and I found every visit to be pleasant and uplifting.
