Chris may be the best massage therapist ever. He incorporated great body work and stretches and was able to get into troubled spots. The deep tissue work was perfect. I cannot say enough positive things!
If you’re looking for a restorative massage or need assisted stretching, I highly recommend Oha! Chris helped me through Avascular Necrosis and gas continued to help with tension and flexibility.
They also have a great relaxing yoga sty! Check them out!
I've been going to the Oha for over a year. Chris and Bridget are wonderful. They have incredible energy and are very welcoming. It's a really pleasant environment and feels like going home. I haven't tried all of the classes, but everything I've tried, I've really liked.
