It was my first time here. Though quite a distance from my home, it was worth the travel, staff was so nice & accommodating. I've never had someone ask me if I'd like some water (cold or room temp) while waiting to see the doctor. Though I wasn't seen for at least an hour after my arrival, they were so apologetic, but after seeing the doctor, it was all worth the wait.

Simply the best in every area! Absolutely, yes. From the time you park & enter until you leave, the people who work there are Sterling Class A++ Actually it's true for the UAB at Highlands too! The Doctors, PA's, Nurses, Valet Attendents, Front Staff,...Everyone at UAB ROCKS!!!🏆

All the people and doctors are friendly and try their hardest to get you in and out. Use the lab, the doctors, and the infusion center. Love them all and think very highly of them all.The ladies at the infusion center have all been angels to me.
