Went in to test my water. Staff answered all my questions about how to balance my pool and how to fix equipment issues. They also answered my questions about the price and process of replacing my liner when I would need it. I was not persuaded to buy their chemicals when I was testing my water and needed additional chemicals
Last year I took water to store, they tested free. This year I had a service call for new pump not working. He came out promptly and diagnosed problem. I have begged for service over the past years, either they don't return calls or never come. Others were always too busy. This was crap, just don't want small jobs. SPS will be my go to from now on.
