From the moment I walked into the spa, the entire experience felt intentional, calming, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I encountered — from reception to the support staff throughout the spa — was kind, attentive, and gracious. Whether it was offering directions when I looked adorably disoriented ? or simply checking in with, “How are you doing? Do you need anything?” — the hospitality was exceptional.

We had the most amazing couples massage at the spa at Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa and it exceeded every expectation.
My massage was with Maya, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She asked thoughtful questions about my target areas and actually listened. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
My husband had Leslie, and he said she did an incredible job as well. He recently tore his shoulder, and she was very mindful, working around the injury while still giving him real relief.

I want to thank a few people and give them the upmost gratitude and thanks for all they did.
Mrs. Jenita, she help me with all the fine deals that was going wrong on Saturday morning. She handle it clam and took charge and said I will get it taken care of. I had order strawberries for my wife. They didn't come like I was told. This wonderful lady took a few minutes out of her day and hand delivered the strawberries to my wife. Mrs. Jenita made sure my with was comfortable and relax and all her needs was taken care of. Thank you
