Professional and friendly and from the receptionist to the nurses to the physician on call. I come from a medical family. I had an important meeting to attend and during the night was awakened with severe UTI. I had to make this meeting! I got to the facility where the doors opened right at 10:00am I filled my new patient form out was taken back tested and saw the doctor almost immediately and was out the door with my scripts sent immediately to my pharmacy, picked them up and made my lunch time meeting feeling better and was comfortable. Everyone was so nice and personable. I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Jernigan was great. He took time to talk with me. I didn’t feel like just another patient. The staff is phenomenal!!!
I did not have an appointment but was seen quickly after arriving shortly after 8am. The staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in was completely on my phone which I appreciated. Highly recommend!
