Came in with a hurt right knee. The PA was very nice and professional. X-rays were taken and the prognosis was inflammation, no breaks, and to follow up with an orthopedic doctor. I'm very pleased with the care that I received.
Almost everything was good. The one problem was that I knew that I would be required to give a urine sample and I have been having some difficulty urinating. So I asked the receptionist for a cup to use at the water fountain. She said they had no cups to give out. Later when I asked the nurse for a cup of water, she brought me 2 cups, which I much appreciated.
