Great experience! The person at the front desk was very helpful. When I registered online, I actually registered for the wrong location and she happily corrected my mistake. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend when you need to go to get checked quickly and get on the road to recovery!
Very nice and clean and very nice and very professional caring staff. I was very impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude and care of myself and other patients. Very good compared to other American Family Care locations I’ve been to before in the past. Five stars for Hoover location. Was back for a follow up this morning and the experience was great and another positive and pleasant one.
The woman at the front desk was very polite and did a very good job getting me checked in and helping me fix a scheduling error I had made. The clinician I saw was also courteous during my visit.
