Service was timely, courteous, professional and accurate! The HVAC technician was very professional, in appearance, knowledge, communication, and sincerely concerned with my delima. He asked how the system how failed and began a diagnostic process that identified the problem very quickly. He gave a quote on repair and had my system running in less than 10 mins of arrival.
I inquired about the monthly service plan that had been mentioned by the call taker and he answered my questions completely and informed me that they also provide monthly service including plumbing and electrical. An all in one service which best suits my needs!

Stewart arrived promptly after I received his call that he was 10 minutes away. He arrived and introduced himself, checked thermostat, both AC and Heating units, and changed filter. Derek was very polite and answered all my questions. Took his time and was great to have in my home to service my units. Thank you.

Trent and his teammate were very efficient, very knowledgeable, and fixed our problem within several hours. We are very happy with Trent and Brown heating and cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also like the way they kept us informed via text.
