Great customer service Derrick was very polite and explained all my options for the replacement. He gave me a temporary fix until they can come out Tuesday. I appreciated the quick service and relief from the heat.
I was definitely pleased with Ron he was very professional, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem I was faced with, none of the round about looking for other issues that had nothing to do with getting my utilities up and running .
Dispatcher called to see if a technician in the area could come a day ahead of the scheduled service appointment. Technician arrived soon after and very quickly got to work and completed service which included adding freon to system and replacing filter. Service charge was very reasonable and work was performed thoroughly, neatly and quickly. Technician was very knowledgable and provided information on his procedure and details for a potential system replacement quote.
