I love my home and the whole process of building, start to finish went smoothly. As with any project a few hiccups were encountered, but these were immediately resolved. The only Criticism I have would be in some of the design selections, such as the air conditioning filter vents being placed in the ceilings, requiring a ladder to be replaced in the 55+ community.

Built the house quicker than we expected, which was nice. Took care of every issue, no matter what was involved. House looked perfect after cleanup. Very pleased with results. Everyone we worked with was friendly and service oriented. People told us it was stressful building a house, but this went very smoothly. Thank you to the whole Signature team for a job well done! Would recommend them to anyone.
