I took my car to 3 different shops before taking my car to Rickwood. When I took my car there my amp kept going out. I left with a new amp and two new 12's and my amp hasnt went out since.

I brought my truck in not knowing exactly what was wrong, the young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Who I'm guessing was the audio technician was super nice, I got the feeling that these are some of the last people that actually care In providing good customer service and believe in helping their customers not only wanting money. If myself or a friend has any issues they are who I would say to go to.

Totally recommend this place! I called yesterday morning and they were able to see me the same day. I had an issue with my AUX port and they figured it out right away. Tim was extremely helpful from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely go back again!
