Mr. Pickens can offer a quick, efficient, and well informed solution to probably any problem you may have with your PC. Im not the most experienced when it comes owning a laptop, but he was able to explain exactly why i was experiencing issues along with multiple ways he could fix the problem. For a helluva good price too. He’s a nice down to earth guy to chat with. 10 / 10 Would hella recommend ?
Pickens PC Repair was very professional and timely, they were able to come in and install a ethernet cable for our clinic within 24 hours of the call. Great Service. We will definitely be using them again.
Late with this review. A few months ago, I was trying to find someplace near me to repair both my PC and laptop. By chance, I came across his name. I read a few reviews and they were all positive so I gave him a call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and said I could bring them in that day. I'm so glad I did. He got them repaired quickly and his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
