Outstanding pet care and service..Our pup loves going there for day camp ! Getting groomed and Her boarding experience was equally good .. she seemed happy too ..Willow Loves Pet Paradise .. she loves her puppy friends and people friends too ..
Willow also gets groomed every 6-8 weeks there too and they do a fantastic job!!!
In an emergency travel which was related to safety for all involved, reservations were secured. The staff was compassionate, understanding and when contacted by someone by phone if one of the dogs was boarded they said no as instructed. One of the managers even researched emergency dog shelters and had them printed and ready before arrival. All staff went above and beyond. Thank you
We love Pet Paradise! The “Pawgress Reports” with pictures made me happy each day, as I could see the big smiles and fun Addie was experiencing! The facility is always clean, and the staff is friendly. A+ and we will be back soon!
