Took my child here after a sports injury. She had to get a MRI. We got the bill for the MRI before we got the results and to get the results we had to call and then were told to just go look on the portal. We read the report then had to Google it to figure out she had a sprain knee..... All the doctor did for us was order a test no follow up from the test. Thank goodness for Google ...if you want actual care I don't recommend sending me a bill before results is pretty crazy to me.

I came to this practice due to neck pain because someone had rear ended me on 280. My regular chiropractor wasn’t able to see me after an MVC.
1. Able to get a quick appt- easy to complete forms, communication was clear, no issues with a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon.
2. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Sent to Xray and they were kind, patient and sent me to the exam room.
3. 10/10== Dr. Gutman. I waited for a minimal amount of time to see him. He was kind, thorough, and explained everything to me regarding my Xray and what to expect in the future. He addressed my pain and ensured I was going to be comfortable when at home. My issues were super minimal compared to what he normally deals with but I felt heard and seen, and he didn’t rush through his assessment.
(Note- I am an RN and I approve of this physician!!)

I saw Dr. L. Savage, had a great experience. Out of all the doctors I have seen in the last 2 years for this pain down my leg, Dr. Savage took his time with me. He listen to all I had been through and the pain I had been having for 2 years. Now a new MRI, new test to finally figure out what it is. I look forward to him helping me. Everyone was really very nice to me. And it was great to finally be heard by a doctor who cares. Thank you Dr. Savage

I recently took my dad (74 yo) to one of his regular visits, for therapy on both hands to increase his muscle control after surgery. His hand strength is steadily improving with their help. He absolutely loves the friendly and caring staff (especially his therapist, Miss Hayley) and enjoys talking to everyone, including other patients. He recently requested to do his prescribed leg PT at OrthoAlabama as well. That’s high praise coming from a grumpy old man!

I saw Dr Tran, he was very kind and scheduled an MRI. When returned for the MRI and the appointment immediately after I met with another Dr ( I was never told I was seeing another Dr ). A procedure was suggested and I opted to think about it before scheduling. I have now called 3 times no call returned to schedule. I called on 05/19, 05/20 and again today 05/26. I suppose I need to drive to office to get anyone. As of 05/28 no call returned so, I called again after deciding I would go elsewhere to request my MRI, was told I could pick it up for $10, no apologies. Today,05/29, I paid my $10 and picked up my MRI. I told the receptionist my reason for getting MRI, again no apology or concern shown. I think I made the right decision!

So very impressed with the professionalism and quality of care. More than a year ago, I was suffering with debilitating lower back pain. Dr. Morris ordered an MRI and got me scheduled for a shot all within a couple of weeks. I could tell a difference immediately. I have been pain free now for over a year!

Dr Morris and all staff are great and informative. They have gotten me through my ankle injury and recovery over the last 7-8 weeks and starting a return to the norm and running again. Would definitely recommend to others as I was recommended from many of my friends in the run game.

Went to see Dr Tran today for the first time to get an block on the left side of my back. I explained to him that I had hurt the right side of my buttocks from setting on my wallet the wrong way, without me saying anything else he told me he would fix that too. I have never seen any doctor That cares about his patience like this before. Much love to him and thanks I hope he sees this post Greg Miller
