I cannot brag on this business enough. We love it so much that we continue coming, even though we now live almost an hour away. Dr. Claire is just absolutely phenomenal. We have seen her at every visit, including the emergency visit we had to schedule for an oral injury, and she has been way over the top of my satisfaction bar every single time. She takes the time to explain and examine, while making sure I was comfortable with everything along the way, and always works so well with my kiddo. They are amazing with children. My daughter who is 5 had to have 4 molars capped and cavities removed. I was a super anxious mom, super nervous. They took time to explain everything to me and walk me through everything. My daughter was comfortable with them at all times, her procedure went so smoothly and they even have a private room with a bed and chair to relax in afterwards!
This place is incredible! From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienists, to the dental assistants, to the DMD himself. We also had the pleasure of working Dr. Plagenhoef, anesthesiologist, who was equally as incredible. They truly understand kids, what kids need to feel comfortable, and help minimize any fear of dental procedures.
They treat like they would their own family and you can tell the staff actually wants to work there. I can’t recommend Dr. Flannery and his office enough.
