We've been coming here for 6 years starting with our first child and now all three. We've always had such a great experience at this pediatric dentist! The office is super clean and really welcoming. It’s clearly designed with kids in mind—bright, inviting, set up to help little ones feel comfortable instead of nervous. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, you can tell they’re experienced with children. They take the time to make my children feel at ease and explained things in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Everything was well-organized, the visit was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. As a parent, that balance is huge. Overall, just a really positive experience from start to finish since day one. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring, kid-friendly pediatric dentist!
As a mom of eight (seven grown and one still at home), I can confidently say Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry is the best pediatric dental office we’ve ever experienced. My 8-year-old was previously traumatized by another dentist and became fearful of any and all appointments. Finding this office completely changed everything for our family. The entire team is unbelievably patient, gentle, and kind. They take their time, explain everything, and truly know how to make kids feel safe and comfortable. Now my son actually leaves his appointments asking when he gets to go back. This is something I never thought I’d hear after what he went through before.
