New Era responded to my water leak quickly and at a very reasonable price. Additionally, they resolved the issue in a way that helped me avoid the $$$ of replacing the bathroom tile. Michael and his assistant were professional, thorough, and also meticulous in clean up.
After a horrible weekend of backed up plumbing, John and Jessie came in and had us fixed up in under an hour!!!!!! They were knowledgeable, polite, and went the extra mile (they cleaned out the toilets!!!). I highly recommend!!!
We could not be happier with the service we received from Josh and John. We put in a work order, they arrived within 20 minutes and the work was commenced within an hour. We have found a reliable, reasonable plumber!
