I walked into Mythic today on a whim, I needed to cut off my dead ends and I googled LGBTQ friendly hair salons in the Birmingham area. I couldn’t be more thankful that I ended up at Mythic with Shai. The atmosphere was immediately welcoming, my first interaction was in the parking lot! I was a walk-in and she immediately got me in for a quick cut. Shai even noticed my anxiety and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Lucie is amazing, I donated my hair today. And she talked me though the process then gave me a cute cut and told me/ help me style it. She was such a comfort to share this experience with. I'm so happy I've never had an experience like this before. She's got a new customer from now on.

Shai did my haircut today and this is the most confident I've felt in a long time. Honestly also the most chill atmosphere and not over stimulating like some salons I highly recommend this place
