We are moving back to Birmingham after being in Texas for 9 years. Caden with Mountainview came to our new house and did an outstanding job for us. He did not just stand around he worked the entire time he was in our home. I would recommend Mountainview Chem Dry to all my friends and family. I will ask for Caden again. Very nice young man. I would give Caden 10 stars!
Great service and price. The technician took time to explain the services offered to me. He was extremely polite and professional. He was very cautious of items in the room and got to work.
I called Mountainview Chem-Dry based on the reviews I read from other customers. Daniel came and picked up 3 rugs to be cleaned. The rugs had pet stains and a smell. The rug in the den had never been cleaned and the other two were cleaned several years ago. They all look brand new. The rugs were kept until they felt like they were ready to be delivered. Daniel delivered them back and he was very nice and professional and made sure everything was ok before he left. I would recommend your company to friends and anyone that needs there rugs cleaned.
