It's amazing how God works ? people need to learn you just can't do wrong or whatever in your power to hurt someone else or slow someone down or plan to what they have going on because the plan is what God has for people. ??????

This company is hard to work for. Ever since the fantastic Orientation and onboarding process, overall operations is a nightmare. 50% of time driver managers cannot be reached via elog tablet, direct phone number, main number, or voicemail. You have to call someone within an unrelated department to go force the dm to communicate. Im on my 4th dm. The company is better than a larger Birmingham based flatbed company that starts with a P. There are so many ties on driver's hands here that it creates a toxic environment for drivers. Alot of the safety procedures are told to be violations of law but are in fact legal. Guy in truck # 1006 is super polite, helpful and professional. I had to back in next to him in Tonkawa, Oklahoma tonight, he took the time, got out, and helped me back in - with no issues, without being asked- just sort of saw my struggle and walked up. This company must promote values like being courteous. It was slightly different backing for me, y'all's trucks loaded with split tandems stick out farther than I'm use to-but I learned something from him.
