I'm in search of a salon and came across this one. I'm skeptical because as I read these reviews, the response of the owner or whomever doing the replying to these reviews seem argumentative and defensive. Its giving uugghh, yuky!!!! Like who wants to be charged more than expected then lied on after you express your salon experience? I don't know. I may just go in just to see what is true, the 5 stars or the 1 star????? I had such a great experience with my hairstylist! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. They were professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out—it was even better than I imagined. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Kaya has been doing my hair for over 20 years. She has a warm, welcoming personality and hands that are truly blessed when it comes to growing and styling hair. I trust her so much that she now does my 4 year old daughter’s hair. Five stars all around!
