I called and scheduled an appointment two days ahead with matou and it was Thursday when I called and my appointment was supposed to be Saturday so she told me to come at 9am Saturday came and I left my house around 8:40am and called her at 8:52am and said I was on the way and she said okay so I called her when I got there and she sent me straight to voicemail mail two times and I also texted her just to see she that she blocked me because my messages didn’t deliver which isSo unprofessional

My hair is beautiful both mother and daughter were respectful. The babies (2)that were there were quiet and the atmosphere is pleasant.. I just didn't care for her process took 7hrs for an roughly 3/4 hour job. I will go back tho,hopefully she has more help.
