Mark's Quality Cleaners

I wanted share an experience and give a shout out to Mark's Quality Cleaners and their driver (who I’ve learned is Phoebe). This past Friday, I saw the Mark’s Cleaners vehicle come down my cud-le-sac as I was walking my mother-in-law out my front door and down the front stairs. The vehicle went by and we shared a wave (as I do with most vehicles that pass my home). As I was getting my MIL to the sidewalk, I saw a lady approaching me. Our eyes met and she said, “can I help you?” In today’s society, people mostly look out for themselves and will pass you right on by. Sweet Phoebe saw us, turned her vehicle around and CAME BACK to assist me with my precious MIL. She could have kept right on going, as I am sure there were many customers on her route she needed to get to but she took the time to show compassion. She was a Good Samaritan and showed the love of Jesus!!! I don’t normally post a lot of personal things but I could not let this good deed go unnoticed. Ms. Phoebe, you will never know how much your act of kindness meant to me. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! Yes, to all wondering - I have called and spoke to Josh, the owner/mgr letting him know of this as well. His employee went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. We are so quick as a society to report when there is a problem but often we don’t report the positive. Let me challenge EVERY person who reads this to #findthepositive and share it. To quote Thomas Rhett’s song “Be A Light”….In a world full of hate, be a light!
