Went into The Sewing Room for supplies for the Party Ribbons smocking plate. It has been discontinued so they didn’t have a copy. None of us could remember how much of each color ribbon was needed, so we all started Googling it with no luck. I am posting the directions here for future reference. ?

Yesterday was the first time I stepped foot into The Sewing Room and it definitely will not be my last. The entire staff are the nicest people I have ever met. The owner, Greg, went above and beyond with his expertise and customer service of helping me buy a new embroidery machine. You really don’t find many people, let alone businesses, that have the sincerity they all display. I cannot say thank you enough to them all!

The shop is beautiful and the employees are so helpful. I took a tatting class and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also had some lace repaired on a dress with a fancy band- impeccable work! I’ve enjoyed ordering fabric from them, as well, and it arrived very quickly ! Two thumbs up on this lovely store!
