Shannon did an outstanding job from the moment he arrived until the work was completely finished. He worked hard in the rain without letting the weather affect the quality of his work or his attitude. You could immediately tell that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about doing the job the right way instead of just getting it done as quickly as possible. I had Jeffery remove a rosebush that had become overrun with weeds and possibly diseased. At first, he left a 1.5 to 2-foot stump, and I thought it was to avoid damaging his equipment, but he came back the next week and cut it almost completely to the ground.
