Well normally she's on point .I guess the pandemic has everything messed up.so I had to go somewhere else this time.Because I didnt get an answer at all.

Reviews below are not verified. Ms. Bowie held a check for over 6 months and we no longer had the account. Had no idea it was not cashed. When she brought it to our attention it was verified and paid and without an issue. Ms MCGinnis was advised of a debt previously owed which reduced the amount of her refund. Definitely beyond our control as, due to privacy policies, we don't know who has a lien on IRS refunds.
