I absolutely love the childcare center! The staff is so caring and shows my children so much love, which makes me feel confident knowing they’re in great hands. I’ve never had an issue with the center and always leave feeling at ease when dropping off or picking up my kids. Their curriculum is fantastic, and I love how they teach my children. I also appreciate receiving daily updates about my child’s day. I feel completely safe with my kids attending Kids First East, and if you’re searching for a wonderful childcare facility, I highly recommend Kids First East.
The daycare was great at first then 3 weeks before an incident with my 1 year old I can tell their attitudes changed with me and my child I’m not sure why, she is 1 so she’s going through the falling out stage but that’s the only thing I could think of that would cause the adjustment however that’s no excuse. I picked my daughter up from school one day and she had a busted lip and some type of weird mark on her arm. I wasn’t notified and they can’t tell me what happened that’s a big NO for me! This daycare is awesome! My grandkids are very well taken care of. The staff ladies are great. We have never had a problem in 2 years!
Update: It has been several months since I created this review. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism. They go beyond basic DHR requirements, and I believe their teachers have grown attached to them. We had to move to another city, and the other grandparents now interact with the daycare. We are all pleased with the high quality of care.
