Judy does body work. And her work on my body in just a few sessions has given me the most relief that I've ever had. It's like my body is not stuck anymore. It's lighter, freer, healthier. I was having shoulder pain that was getting worse and worse. Judy was very meticulous in finding out what was causing the pain and she knew just what to do to alleviate it. She was also very helpful in suggesting how to prevent injury in the future. Judy is very knowledgeable about body work and seems to have a passion for helping people. I highly recommend her.
