I called Johns Plumbing about a leaking valve. Given that we were in the middle of a winter storm, they sent a team out within a reasonable time. The valve was installed in an awkward position, and it looked like they would have to tear out a lot of the surrounding sheetrock to repair it. Marvin and his helper fixed the problem within a few hours without tearing out much sheetrock. They found a wood panel to cover the area. The panel will probably be a temporary solution, but it works for now and was a nice consideration. This is the second time John's has helped us. The quality has been very good and prices are reasonable. I recommend them. Richard Bailey
